Clubhouse Request

GRAYSTONE CONDOMINIUMS - CLUBHOUSE ACCESS REQUEST

Please use this form to request using the clubhouse and to add information to the Graystone calendar. We will check for conflicts with other requests and will contact you as soon as possible.

Please be sure to include any setup/cleanup time in your estimate of length of time you require.

1. Someone from the Board will be assigned to unlock the clubhouse at the designated time of your event.
2. You are responsible for setting the thermostat to the original setting, turning off the lights, and locking the door when you leave.
3. Please be respectful of the clubhouse and clearly marked items belonging to others.
4. Perishables must not be left in the refrigerator.
5. Beverages left in the refrigerator must be clearly marked as your property.
6. Any utensils must be cleaned and put away.
